We had a special visitor today! The excitement was overflowing all day after I told the kids that "Miss Ashley" (our much loved friend who is a first grade teacher for Roanoke) and our Aunt Elizabeth were bringing a baby chick for a visit after school. The pictures say it all... so I'll leave you to them!
There was only one chick that Sam was willing to hold... and that was Hannah's pretend chick who cheeps when you hold it :) Whatever works...
Thank you so much Ashley and Elizabeth for letting us play with "FluffyCutieCheepyBananaChick". :) We sure had a great time.
***Note: No. A chick would NOT be a good gift or surprise for the kids. Yes. I'm mean like that. :) Have a wonderful weekend!!!

Isn't it the cutest,sweetest thing ever? Steve and I looked at them yesterday at Tractor Supply and he wouldn't let me have one either:( Btw, Hannah's top and shoes are the cutest!!
