Sam I Am

Before I begin.. my deepest apologies for our long absense from the blogging world! :) Our camera/computer were causing some troubles -hopefully... .... I won't take so long to post next time! The biggest highlight I have not yet posted pictures for was our little Sammy's third birthday! He was so excited to play at the park with friends and family! He is such a funny, sweet, and wonderful little boy. I can't believe my baby is three years old!!!
Here are a few shots from his birthday...

We also had a birthday lunch at the Farmer's house (always a highlight for each of us!) For his birthday lunch Sam got to have an Oreo appetizer (my other health conscious children snacked on cumcumbers and peppers... I had Oreos - of course) and a big plate of macaroni and cheese, and topped with a cupcake! What a way to celebrate!

Finally, for the grandparents especially, here are the kids in their Awana clothes. Jacob and Hannah are Cubbies and Sam is a Puggle. They love Awana. It's so fun to hear them say their verses, sing songs, and tell me what they learned about each week!

We are thoroughly enjoying the start of fall (and hoping for cooler weather soon!) We've been going for walks every evening now that it's not so warm out, had a trip to Jamison's orchard with Grammie, and are already anticipating the holidays! All of the new birthday toys have also kept us hopping! This afternoon we spent almost an hour building a huge city from every block in the house, suddenly Sam came crashing through with Spiderman to "save the day".. followed by Jacob with the bad guy... a cow. Yes. A cute little black and white cow that was mooing buildings over, while Hannah was shrieking approvingly in the background. I love my life :)

I can't believe he's that old....I remember a game night at your little duplex when he was just an infant and I had so much fun holding him...it just doesn't seem that long ago :)
