On Thursday, the kids and I were able to take part in a "Christmas concert" at Lake view nursing home. What a wonderful experience! Jacob, Hannah, and Sam walked with me to greet several new friends, and sat very patiently while myself and several others entertained with Christmas music. After the concert, we all served food, drinks, and treats together. I was so touched and proud to see the tenderness that these people brought out in the children. The older I get the more I understand the many families, stories, and experiences represented by each person. It was so much fun to be a part of their Christmas this year.
